” HAPPY 100th ANNIVERSARY TO VANITY FAIR “
The American model and actress, KATE UPTON goes pin-up girl as she covers the 100th anniversary issue of Vanity Fair. Inside the magazine there are series of portraits taken by the renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz, which Upton is pictured lounging on the moon in a pose that mimics the original cover of Dress & Vanity Fair from October 1, 1913.
I really like this cover, though I’m not a fan of KATE UPTON that much, but it doesn’t matter, I like the idea that they chose a beautiful model to pose as a pin-up girl for the 100th anniversary of one of the best magazines, VANITY FAIR. It’s a different idea – different in a very good way. At least I can not see any fake thing about this photo or the other shoots and that’s the most important thing for me, being natural (Which is NOT that easy to find nowadays.)
And finally about the look, she’s wearing the classic makeup, like Old Hollywood Glamour, one of the best looks ever. Those red lips which goes perfectly with her bright blue eyes, her blonde hair and that shiny outfit. Just as amazing as that !
